Governing Law; Jurisdiction; Litigation Costs. These Terms of Use shall be construed and governed by the internal laws of the state of Virginia, U.S.A., excluding the application of its choice of law principles. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use shall be filed only in the state and federal courts located in Montgomery County, Virginia and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action. Notwithstanding any other provision of these Terms of Use, we have the right to seek the remedy of specific performance of any term contained in these Terms of Use, or a preliminary or permanent injunction against the breach of any such term or in aid of the exercise of any power granted in these Terms of Use, or any combination thereof, in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
Severability; No Waiver. If any provision of these Terms of Use, or their application to any person, place, or circumstance, is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unenforceable or void, the remainder of these Terms of Use and such provisions as applied to other persons, places and circumstances shall remain in full force and effect. Neither our failure nor our delay in exercising, enforcing or taking action against you with respect to any of our rights or powers shall operate as a waiver of such powers or rights. No single or partial exercise by us of any of our powers or rights will preclude us from exercising such powers and rights in the future or from exercising other powers and rights.
Payment Methods: SFFStore.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We do not currently accept paypal but will shortly. We also have Gift Certificates which may be used for payment.
Price Matching: SFFStore.com does not price match.
Sales Tax: Sales tax is subject to any customer purchasing a product in the state of Virginia. This rate is determined by the state and is currently at 5%. This may change and SFFStore.com is not responsible for the accuracy of the sales tax rate.
Change/Cancelling Orders: SFFStore.com will honor any changes to or cancelling of an order BEFORE the order is sent to the distributor or shipping and/or the order has been charged. Please realize this may happen quickly and we ask that if you made a mistake in ordering that you email use as soon as possible. SFFStore.com will try its hardest to honor changes in orders. Any orders cancelled after the credit card is charged will be subject to the 15% restocking fee for cancelling the order.
Accuracy of Information: SFFStore.com is not responsible for the accuracy of the information on this website. Any prices that are not accurate for whatever reason will not be honored. If this happens the customer will be notified and will have the option to cancel the order without penalty of a restocking fee.
