Shipping:All shipments are drop shipped from 3rd party distributors. Because of this SFFStore.com cannot give an estimate on delivery nor can we give an estimate on when the item will be shipped. SFFStore.com will work to get the item out without 1-2 business days and in the event that it takes an abnormal amount of time for the item to ship (over 4 days) than you will be contacted via the contact information provided. All other shipping questions should be emailed using the "contact us" page.
International Shipping: SFFStore.com normally does not ship internationally. Please contact us and we will try to work out some way to get what you want to you, even if it is with another store!
Returns:
All refunded items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee is to help offset the cost to SFFStore.com for refunding the money and shipping the product back to the distributor. Please understand that this charge is necessary will not be waived under and conditions unless otherwise indicated by this policy. Please be certain of your purchase before you finalize the transaction. Refunds will only be honored if approved by SFFStore.com AND is within 30 days of date of purchase (approval because some items cannot be returned or have a shorter return period because of the distributor).
Damaged Goods:
Any goods that are damaged, dead on arrival, or not safe for use will be replaced upon request. All replacements need to be requested PRIOR TO 30 DAYS from date of purchase. After 30 days you need to contact the manufacturer for information regarding replacements. SFFStore.com considers this a 30 day warranty period and we will try to honor all requests. Items deemed to be damaged by the misuse of the user will not be replaced by SFFStore.com under any circumstances and will simply be given back to the user at the user's expense. Any product, item, or good that has been treated in a manner that voids the manufacturers warranty will not be replaced and the above rules apply. All goods that fall under this provision should be mailed make the SFFStore.com and shipping is the responsibility of the user and SFFStore.com is not responsible for any damages done by the shipping company. Replacement items will be shipping back to the customer with the shipping cost being paid by SFFStore.com or the 3rd party distributor. Please contact SFFStore.com if you need to replace any item that is damaged.
Incorrect Order:
If any order is incorrect please contact SFFStore.com immediately. Incorrect orders will only be honored if done within the first day of the product arriving and when SFFStore.com believes it to be an honest incorrect order and is not believed to be a scam. Please understand that sometimes it may take 1-2 days to figure out the issue but SFFStore.com will try to get the order corrected as soon as possible. Please contact SFFStore.com via our contact page if you have an incorrect order.
